You can use these files along with translating software such as Poedit to translate the theme. You can translate either one or both if required.
/admin/languages/storm_admin.pot – for the backend. /languages/storm.pot – for the frontend. The theme includes two translation files, one for frontend strings (what visitors will see on your site) and one for backend strings (what admins will see when editing the theme options). For example the Spanish language code is es_ES but if you have installed wordpress in Argentine language the code will be es_AR. The translation code must match the language code of wordpress. mo file and you have to saves it in the same directory on your language folder. po file from Poedit, the application automatically generates an additional.
